An important legal awareness program was organized at PM Kendriya Vidyalaya, Abu Parvat, under the directions of the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Jaipur. The event was held as part of the "Transformative Tuesday" campaign in the presence of Shri Shyam Sundar (R.J.S.), Chairman of the Taluka Legal Services Committee, Abu Parvat.
Emphasis on Education and Awareness
Addressing the event, Chairman Shri Shyam Sundar established an inspiring dialogue with the students. He highlighted the serious ill effects of social evils, especially child marriage.
He emphasized that education is the sole foundation of personal and social progress. Shri Sundar encouraged the students to set high goals for their future and to achieve them through education.
Measures to Prevent Cybercrime
Considering the challenges of today's digital age, the Chairman provided detailed information on cybercrimes. He explained various types of crimes such as online fraud, hacking, and cyberbullying.
Shri Sundar also shared practical and simple measures to avoid these crimes. He conveyed the message of using technology safely, responsibly, and positively, advising students to remain vigilant.
A Call for a Drug-Free Life
A major focus of the program was on the message "Say No to Drugs, Say Yes to Your Dreams; Drugs Are Not Cool: Protect Your Mind, Body and Future." The Chairman stated clearly that drugs completely destroy a person's health, personality, and future.
In contrast, he explained that education, discipline, and positive thinking pave the way to success. He called upon all students to stay away from drugs and to realize their dreams.
Students Take a Collective Pledge
At the conclusion of the program, all the students of the school took a collective pledge with great enthusiasm.
They vowed to stay away from drugs for life, make education their top priority, follow cybersecurity rules, and actively contribute to building a healthy, safe, and aware society.
