Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma has written a new chapter of development in Bachdrau, Barmer. He laid the foundation stone and inaugurated a total of 1,013 development projects.
A total of Rs 2,824 crore is being spent on these projects. The CM said his government is working continuously to develop villages and provide better facilities to people.
Addressing the public meeting, the Chief Minister raised serious questions on the working style of the Congress party. He said that Congress had made the condition of Rajasthan like a broken house.
Calling Congress leaders selfish, the CM said that they are not well-wishers of anyone. He alleged that Congress people do not belong to anyone.
The Chief Minister reminded about the paper leak cases that happened during the previous government. He said that at that time the youth of the state were very troubled by these frauds.
The CM asked the people present in the meeting whether paper leaks happen now? To which the people replied in 'no'. He said his government is working for every person.
The main focus of the government is on the development of villages and providing better facilities there. The Chief Minister announced that sports grounds will be developed in every Gram Panchayat of the state.
Along with this, the announcement of building 'Atal Gyan Kendra' in villages was also made. The CM said the government's goal is to strengthen education and sports facilities in rural areas.
The government's effort is to ensure reach of paved roads to every village of Rajasthan. The CM proudly said that Rajasthan has now become a state that gives electricity instead of taking it.
Special attention is being given to the development of rural areas so that people do not have to migrate to cities.

Apart from Barmer, big announcements were also made for other districts of Jodhpur division. Development works worth about Rs 2,700 crore were mentioned for eight districts of the division.
This visit of the Chief Minister is also being considered very important from political and organizational point of view in view of the upcoming Panchayati Raj elections.
