What is the entire case?
Urmila Asopa stated in her complaint that the trust owns valuable agricultural land in Udayramsar. Various social service activities are conducted by the trust on this land.
The complaint also mentioned that land mafias have had their eyes on this land for a long time and continuous attempts were being made to grab it.
Registry Despite Stay Order
According to the FIR, the accused allegedly hatched a criminal conspiracy and prepared forged documents. Subsequently, the registry of the trust's land was done at the Sub-Registrar Office-1, Bikaner on July 20, 2026.
The trust alleges that an appeal regarding the said land is pending before the Revenue Board, Ajmer, and a stay order is also in effect, yet this registry was carried out.
Dispute is over 3.46 hectares of land
According to the information given in the complaint, out of a total of 61.51 hectares of land under Khasra numbers 1008, 519/1, and 1010/1, approximately 3.4600 hectares were fraudulently sold.
The complaint also alleges the collusion of officials and employees of the Sub-Registrar's office.
Use of Fake Power of Attorney
Urmila Asopa has alleged that the power of attorney on the basis of which the purchase of the land was shown was itself fake. She stated that it did not grant any right to sell the land.
According to the FIR, the main accused Dilip Puri, in collusion with Vimal Lalani and Maghagiri, prepared this forged power of attorney and attempted to get the land registered in his name.
Police Registered the FIR
It was stated in the complaint that written information was given to the Bichwal police station on August 19, 2026, but a case was not registered there.
Subsequently, a complaint was submitted to the Superintendent of Police's office, Bikaner, on the basis of which a case was registered on August 20, 2026.
Who are the named accused?
Dilip Puri, Anuj Jain, Neha Jain, Yash Pugalia, Dheeraj Pugalia, Vimal Kumar Lalani, and Maghagiri have been named in the FIR. Additionally, an investigation into the role of other individuals involved in the crime has also been demanded.

According to police records, a case has been registered under various sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita based on the allegations made in the complaint.
