The department has found that most officers are not making the expected progress in meeting these targets.

Report to be Uploaded on Portal

According to the order issued, this came to light during a review of targets set by the Administrative Reforms and Coordination Department and the Education Department.

Now, officers who have been assigned targets for inspections, tours, and night stays will have to upload their reports themselves on the Rajasthan Sampark Portal.

The order also states that officers who have not yet had their ID and district-level mapping done with the Information Technology and Communication Department must complete this process immediately.

Priority for Tours on Saturday

The department has clarified that every officer will have to fill in the complete information of their inspections, tours, and night stays in the prescribed format and upload it to the portal.

It has also been directed that inspections and night stays will be conducted in the offices and institutions within the officer's jurisdiction. Additionally, priority will be given to tours on Saturdays.

Instructions for Monthly Review

Divisional Joint Directors have been asked to monitor the progress of inspections and night stays in their subordinate offices.

They have also been instructed to hold monthly review meetings in this regard.

All Divisional Joint Directors are required to send the consolidated progress report to the directorate's e-mail ID in the first week of every month.

Nodal Officer Appointed

The Additional Director, Secondary Education Rajasthan, Bikaner, has been nominated as the nodal officer for the departmental review of this entire process.

Action on Negligence

The Director has instructed all officers to ensure strict compliance with the instructions issued at the government and department levels.

The order also warns that if any violation of these instructions or any kind of negligence is found, the responsibility of the concerned officer will be fixed, and the officer himself will be fully responsible for it.
