25 routes have been proposed for PM e-bus operations in Bikaner, connecting key city areas and nearby villages. The Chief Minister will inaugurate it.
The plan is to connect Bikaner city's major markets, hospitals, educational institutions, and industrial areas through the proposed routes.
Additionally, important transit points like the railway station and bus stand are also included in these routes.
These routes include places like MGS University, Karmisar Tiraha, Pugal Fanta, Kothari Hospital, Police Line Chauraha, Urmul Circle, Museum Circle, and Ambedkar Circle.
The buses will also pass through Rani Bazar, Gogagate, PBM Hospital, BTU, and the RTO office.
Special emphasis has been placed on rural areas in this scheme.
Connectivity is proposed to villages such as Khara, Bichwal, Ghadsisar, Gadhwala, Udasar, Ridmalsar, Palana, Deshnok, Shriramsar, and Sujandesar.
The commencement of these routes will strengthen the city's public transport system.
It is expected to provide a better and environmentally friendly transport facility to students, employees, patients, and the general public.
Currently, all these 25 routes are proposed. The e-bus operation system will be fully implemented only after a final decision is made on them.
