A special campaign against illegal liquor was conducted in Malviya Nagar and Ramnagar, Jaipur. Police seized dozens of bottles and arrested 4 people.
Police conducted multiple raids in prominent areas like Malviya Nagar and Ramnagar Metro Station in Jaipur. During this, residential houses and luxury cars were being used for liquor supply.
The enforcement team has recovered dozens of bottles of illegal liquor of various brands during the operation. So far, 4 people have been arrested red-handed in this entire case.
The first major success was achieved near Ramnagar Metro Station. Upon searching a suspicious car, 36 bottles of illegal liquor of famous brands were found inside it.
Police arrested two suspects from the spot. These suspects were planning to deliver liquor to different parts of the city using the car.
A car was also intercepted on Pradhan Marg in Malviya Nagar. During the investigation, a large quantity of illegal liquor was recovered from the car and one suspect was taken into custody.
The most shocking case came to light in Mother Teresa Nagar. Here, an illegal liquor warehouse was set up inside a residential house, from where 44 bottles were seized.
This entire operation was carried out under the strict instructions of Commissioner Namit Mehta and District Officer Ghanshyam Sharma. Deputy Commissioner Gyan Prakash Meena also monitored this campaign.
The team executed this operation under the supervision of Lakhan Meena and the leadership of PO Narendra Singh Sanju. The arrested suspects are now being interrogated intensively.
Jamadar Dheeraj Singh and Constable Harsh Vashishtha played an important role in making this raid successful. Rameshwar Lal, Ram, and Rinku Chaudhary also cooperated.
Police are now trying to find out where this illegal liquor was being brought from. The search for other people associated with this network has also been intensified.
