Jalore | Under the special campaign against drug smugglers in the state, the Anti Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) has executed a major operation in Jalore. An accused selling illegal drugs under the guise of a tea shop in the Old Bus Stand area has been arrested. Police recovered MDMA, Smack, and Ganja from him.

This action was conducted under the guidance of Director General of Police Rajiv Kumar Sharma and Additional Director General of Police Dinesh MN. The team successfully executed the plan under the direction of ANTF Inspector General of Police Vikas Kumar.

The ANTF team received secret information that Satish Jinagar, a resident of Rampura Colony, was trading drugs under the guise of his tea stall. Upon receiving confirmed information, the team raided the spot. Satish, working at the stall in front of the old bus stand, started panicking upon seeing the police.

Details of Seized Narcotics

The team detained the accused and immediately called the local police. When the accused was searched in the presence of local police, various types of narcotics were recovered. The police seized the following items from the accused:
  • MDMA (Molly): 19.99 grams
  • Smack: 24.70 grams
  • Ganja: 35.02 grams
  • Sale amount: 1060 Rupees

Police Investigating the Network

Small plastic bags used for packing and selling drugs were also found with the accused. The Kotwali police registered a case under the NDPS Act and arrested Satish Jinagar (33), son of Deeparam Jinagar. Police are now questioning the accused to trace the network of backward and forward suppliers.
