He said that his first and most important duty will be to unite the society and keep it organized on one platform.
Emphasis on Education and De-addiction
Parmar stressed that it is essential to take the society to the forefront in the field of education. He said, "Only educated and addiction-free youth can lay the foundation for a better future for the society." Keeping the youth away from drugs is also on his priority list.
Call for Active Participation in Politics
Mahendra Singh Parmar also encouraged the community to play an active role in politics.
Opportunity for Youth Representation
He clarified that in the upcoming elections, the society will seriously consider supporting whichever political party gives importance to the Ravana Rajput community and provides opportunities for representation to the youth of the society.
Upliftment of the Poor
Additionally, he also described working to bring forward and uplift the poor and needy sections of the society as one of his major priorities.

These included the society's patron Bhav Singh Dahiya, District President Natwar Singh, former District President Karan Singh Virwada, and outgoing Tehsil President Sarvan Singh.
