In Sirohi, the DMP Seva Foundation launched a mega campaign to plant 4,000 saplings in memory of Late Dalpatji Mandwaria. State Minister Otaram Devasi was the chief guest.
The DMP Seva Foundation has launched a grand tree plantation drive in Mandwaria in memory of the late Dalpatji Mandwaria. A significant step has been taken towards environmental conservation through this campaign.
In the first phase of the campaign, a pledge has been taken to plant 4,000 saplings. The foundation plans to plant and conserve 40,000 saplings in the future.
The chief guest of the event was State Minister Otaram Devasi, while it was presided over by District Collector Rohitashva Singh Tomar. Several dignitaries were present on this occasion.
Special guests included Deputy Pradhan Narayan Singh, Mandal President Kantilal Purohit, Thakur Sahab Puransingh of Mandwaria, President of Rajguru Rajpurohit Samaj Chhogalal Purohit, President of Vipra Foundation Gujarat Tulsibhai Manora, and General Secretary of Brahmdham Kalandri Ganesh Purohit.
In his address, State Minister Otaram Devasi said that the work done by the late Dalpatji Mandwaria in the fields of social service and environmental protection will always be a source of inspiration.
Devasi said, "In Indian culture, trees are considered equivalent to gods. Trees have special importance in every auspicious event."
He congratulated the family and villagers for this inspiring initiative and called for making Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma's "Hariyalo Rajasthan" campaign successful through public participation.
In his presidential address, District Collector Rohitashva Singh Tomar stated that planting saplings is easy, but conserving them is the biggest responsibility.
He praised the DMP Seva Foundation's commitment to not only plant but also care for the saplings. He described it as a true tribute to the late Dalpatji.
Girdhari Purohit Mandwaria, Dudhaji Manora, Lalsingh Rajpurohit, Hansraj Purohit, Vachan Singh Dudsi, and a large number of villagers were present at the event. This campaign is being considered an inspiring initiative towards a green and clean environment for future generations.
