Maharaja Ganga Singh University (MGSU) has extended the last date for filling out online examination application forms for the Semester June-2026 examinations. The university administration has taken this decision to provide relief to students who were unable to fill out the exam forms.

Revised Examination Application Schedule Released

The University's Controller of Examinations, Prof. Rajaram Choyal, informed that the application dates have been extended keeping in mind the demand and convenience of the students. This decision was made after the approval of the Honorable Vice-Chancellor.

Application without Late Fee

According to the revised schedule, students can now apply online with the normal examination fee without any late fee until July 17, 2026. Earlier, this date was July 15, 2026.

Opportunity with Late Fee

Following this, students will have the opportunity to fill the examination application form until July 19, 2026, with a late fee of Rs 100.

Final Chance with Double Fee

As a final opportunity, candidates can submit their online examination application form by paying double the examination fee until July 21, 2026.

Facility for Students with UMC Cases

The university administration has also clarified that students who were under the Unfair Means Case (UMC) in the December-2025 examination and have been declared eligible to appear in the Semester June-2026 examination as per rules, can also fill their online application form according to these scheduled dates.

The university has appealed to the students not to wait for the last date and to complete their online application on time. All necessary guidelines and information are available on the university's official website.
