101 units of blood were donated and a pledge to plant 1000 saplings was taken on 'Panch Seva Sankalp Divas' in Charbhuja. 'Lokmangalam' organization was also launched.
'Panch Seva Sankalp Divas' was organized by the Bhanupratap Singh Jhilwara Mitra Mandal at the Garhbor Charbhuja bus stand in the Kumbhalgarh area. The event was held on the occasion of Bhanupratap Singh's birthday, where five main service pledges were taken: blood donation, tree plantation, Antyodaya, cow service, and national service.
Blood Donation Camp and Launch of 'Lokmangalam'
The program began with the worship of Goddess Saraswati. On this occasion, a blood donation camp was set up in collaboration with Madhukar Raktpedhi, in which the youth participated enthusiastically.
A total of 101 units of blood were donated at the camp. A major highlight of the event was the launch of a voluntary organization named 'Lokmangalam' aimed at serving the underprivileged class.
Unique Initiative for Education
The organizers made a unique appeal to promote educational awareness. People were urged to donate educational materials for needy students instead of expensive gifts.
In response to this appeal, people donated about 3,000 copies-registers, 1,000 school bags, and more than 5,000 pens-pencils. This material will be distributed in various schools in the Kumbhalgarh area next month.
Honoring Heroes and Blessings of Saints
On this occasion, the heroes who made the supreme sacrifice for the nation were also remembered. The wife of Narayan Gurjar, who was martyred in the Pulwama attack, was honored with the 'Veerangana Samman'.
Meanwhile, the father of martyr Yuvraj Singh was honored with a shawl and a statue of Maharana Pratap. Retired Garud Commandos Udaysingh and Sudhir were also felicitated.
Local saints gave their blessings at the event. Mahant Ravindrapuri Maharaj of the Akhil Bharatiya Akhara Parishad and Shrimant Avadheshananand Ji Chaitanya Maharaj of Bairo ka Math and Surajkund Dham also sent their best wishes.
Pledge for Service Activities
Bhanupratap Singh Jhilwara mentioned that he himself has donated blood 30 times so far. He pledged to continue such work in the future to serve the people at the last mile of society.
As part of the program, a pledge was taken to plant 1000 saplings, starting with a banyan tree at the Jhilwara bus stand. Additionally, as part of cow service, jaggery was fed to cows at the Himachal Suri Jain Dharamshala, and everyone took an oath to keep the national interest paramount.
