PMAY Workshop: 10 Beneficiaries Get House Keys

PMAY Workshop: 10 Beneficiaries Get House Keys
Bikaner |An important workshop under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Gramin) was organized on Monday at the Panchayat Samiti auditorium. The objective of this program was to further improve the implementation of the scheme and extend its benefits to the beneficiaries.

Beneficiaries Receive the Gift of Housing

Zila Parishad Chief Executive Officer Smt. Shailaja Pandey and Shri Shyam Panchariya were present as guests at the ceremony. On this occasion, keys to their newly constructed Pradhan Mantri Awas houses were symbolically handed over to ten beneficiaries from various gram panchayats, bringing a wave of joy to their faces.

Additionally, the foundation stone for a prototype house to be built on the Panchayat Samiti premises was also laid. This house will serve as a model for others.

Rural Development is Government's Priority

In his address, Shri Shyam Panchariya said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, basic facilities in rural areas are developing rapidly. He added that the state government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma, is also fully committed to rural development.

Instructions to Officials for Timely Benefits

Zila Parishad CEO Smt. Shailaja Pandey directed the officials to provide timely benefits to all beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. She stated that every beneficiary must receive the installments for house construction on the scheduled time.

She also asked to ensure that eligible beneficiaries are provided with 90 days of employment under VB-Giramji and funds for toilet construction on time.

Development Officer Shri Dinesh Mishra highlighted the objectives of the workshop. During this time, Executive Engineer Shri Rameshwar Beniwal and Shri Dilip Singh Adsar, along with a large number of villagers, were present. At the end of the program, the guests also planted saplings.
