JAIPUR | The Rajasthan state BJP organization has made a significant change in the process of organizational appointments at the district level. Now, for any post in the local organization, the district president will not be able to recommend just one name but will have to send a panel of three eligible workers' names to the state organization.

The organization believes that this new system will increase transparency in appointments and establish better coordination at the local level. This step is a significant effort towards bringing forward capable and hardworking workers.
Panel of Three Names, Final Decision from the Top
Under the new process, one candidate will be finally selected from the panel of three names sent by the district president. Additionally, it has been made mandatory to take the opinion of the concerned divisional in-charge before assigning any organizational responsibility at any level.
According to sources, this new system was discussed in detail in recent organizational meetings and it was decided to implement it unanimously. The aim is to curb nepotism and factionalism.
Experience and Activism to be the Basis for Responsibility
The organization has also emphasized curbing the trend of giving important responsibilities directly to workers without adequate organizational experience.
Now, before giving any post to a worker, their activism, dedication to the party, past responsibilities, and organizational experience will be the primary basis. This will send a positive message among the workers that merit and performance are the only criteria for advancement.
Yamuna Water Agreement: Preparing to Capitalize on a Major Achievement
While the organization is focusing on internal reforms, it is also working on a strategy to take the major achievements of its government to the public. In this context, a blueprint for a major campaign regarding the Yamuna water agreement has been prepared.
The party will take the benefits of this historic agreement to every village and hamlet in the Shekhawati region. A detailed public relations campaign will be launched for this purpose.
As part of this campaign, a grand public meeting and Kalash Yatra are being planned in Churu. The responsibility for this major event has been entrusted to senior party leader Rajendra Rathod.
There is a plan to invite Union Jal Shakti Minister C.R. Patil, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, and several other senior BJP leaders to this event to effectively present the importance of the agreement to the public.
Notably, on June 29, the Chief Ministers of Rajasthan and Haryana signed the Yamuna water agreement in Delhi in the presence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
