The Rajasthan government has appointed 7,903 Class IV employees in the medical department. Under an employee-friendly policy, about 5,000 candidates received their first posting in their home district.
In a major decision, the Rajasthan government has given the gift of government jobs to thousands of unemployed youths. The Medical and Health Department has issued appointment orders for 7,903 selected candidates under the Class IV Employee Direct Recruitment-2024.
The most pleasant aspect of this recruitment process was that the government adopted a sensitive and employee-friendly policy, bringing a wave of happiness to thousands of families.
With this government decision, about 5,000 newly appointed employees have received their first posting in their own home districts. This will give them the opportunity to serve while living with their families.
Additionally, 1,630 employees have been posted in the neighboring districts closest to their homes. The remaining candidates have also been deployed in their nearest division so that no one has to go to remote areas of the state.
Transparent Online Process
The Health Department made this entire posting process fair and swift by using technology. According to Director (Non-Gazetted) Rakesh Kumar Sharma, the entire process was kept online and transparent through the Rajhealth portal.
This eliminated human intervention, and candidates received information about their posting directly on their portal login without any recommendations. This digital process saved months of time and the orders were issued in record time.
This appointment of Class IV employees is very important for the state's government hospitals, sub-health centers, primary health centers (PHCs), and community health centers (CHCs).
Employee posts in these institutions had been vacant for a long time, causing disruptions in daily tasks like administration and cleaning. Now, with the arrival of 7,903 new employees, it will help improve health services in every corner of the state.
Celebrations Among Candidates and Families
As soon as the list was released on the Rajhealth portal, there was a celebratory atmosphere among the selected candidates and their families. They expressed their gratitude to the state government and the health department for getting a job along with a posting in their home district. All newly appointed employees will soon take charge at the Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO) offices in their allotted districts.
