Sachin Pilot suggested giving the stolen donation money from the Ram Mandir to the families of students who committed suicide due to the NEET paper leak.
He strongly condemned the lathi charge on students in Delhi and called the government insensitive.
Pilot demanded the dismissal of the Education Minister, stating that repeated paper leaks have occurred under his watch.
He alleged that in cases like paper leaks and donation theft, only small employees face action while the 'big fish' escape.
Congress leader Sachin Pilot has launched a sharp attack on the central government regarding the NEETpaper leak issue. At a student dialogue program in Jaipur, he demanded that the stolen and seized donation money from the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya should be given to the families of students who committed suicide due to the NEET issue.
Pilot Slams Government Over Student Protests
Sachin Pilot participated in a program under the 'Chhatron Ki Goonj' (Voice of Students) campaign held at the premises of Dr. Ambedkar Memorial Welfare Society in Jaipur. This campaign is being run nationwide at the call of Rahul Gandhi.
Speaking to the media, Pilot said, "Today, the patience of the youth across the country is breaking."
Referring to the violent attack on students in Delhi, he said, "The way unarmed, innocent children were lathi-charged, tear gas shells were fired, their clothes were torn, their hands and legs were broken in the nation's capital, they are admitted in hospitals."
Pilot stated that the students had committed no crime; they had only gone to the capital to voice their concerns. He accused the government of being insensitive and non-communicative.
Pilot's Suggestion on NEET Paper Leak and Suicides
Pilot described the problem of paper leaks as a 'cancer' that has become unbearable for the youth in society.
He said, "In the last 10 years, 150 papers have been leaked. This is beyond tolerance."
Expressing his sorrow, he said, "What could be a greater sorrow for any society or person than an innocent child taking their own life in sorrow and depression."
Stolen Ram Mandir Donation Money for Victim Families
Offering a unique suggestion on the issue, Pilot said, "I want the government to give the donation money from the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya that was recently caught and seized... why not give it to those families, to help those poor families who have lost their children."
He described this as a way for the government to atone for its sins and repent.
Sachin Pilot also targeted the Education Minister and demanded his dismissal.
He said, "On moral grounds, I think the Education Minister should not resign but be dismissed now."
Pilot argued that the entire country has understood that misdeeds like repeated paper leaks have happened under the minister's watch.
Allegation of Protecting the 'Big Fish'
He also questioned the government's investigation process. Pilot said, "Like the donation theft was caught in Ayodhya, whose names are in the FIR? A driver, a clerk, a peon. The big fish are escaping."
He said that the BJP repeatedly promises to catch these 'big fish', but nothing happens.
Rejection of Foreign Conspiracy Allegations
Pilot termed the government's attempts to link the issue with a foreign conspiracy as 'low-level excuses'.
He said, "Now telling the children that it is a foreign conspiracy, foreign funding, destabilizing the government... these are all very low-level excuses."
According to Pilot, the reality is that the youth's faith in the system is breaking, and anger is brewing among them.
'Youth are the Nation's Collective Asset'
Pilot emphasized, "Our country's biggest asset... is the youth of our country. And if you are pushing them into darkness, who can sit at home?"
He stated that the Congress and other opposition parties will continue to fight for the interests of the youth.
