About 10 days after an arrest warrant was issued by the court in this matter, the Nagarfort police have now summoned the records of Naresh Meena's movable and immovable property.
The Nagarfort police have requested the record of Naresh Meena's property, which will be presented before the Special Court for SC/ST cases in Tonk.
Following this new development, it is believed that Naresh Meena, accused of slapping the SDM, could be arrested again, which may further increase his problems.
In this regard, a letter has been sent by Nagarfort Station House Officer Rajendra Tada to the Sarpanch (Administrator) of Gram Panchayat Nayagaon alias Nanvata.
The letter clearly states that the Tonk court has requested the record of movable and immovable property of the accused Naresh, son of Kalyan Singh Meena, a resident of Nayagaon alias Nanvata, Police Station Mothpur, District Baran.
The police have requested the Sarpanch to provide the record of Naresh Meena's movable and immovable property as soon as possible, so that it can be presented before the court in time.
Notably, the bail plea of Naresh Meena, the accused in the Samravata slap case and a former independent candidate, was rejected on July 13 by the Special Court for SC/ST cases in Tonk.
While rejecting the bail plea, the court had also issued an arrest warrant against him.
Naresh Meena had received conditional bail from the Rajasthan High Court in this case on July 13, 2025.
It is alleged that he violated the conditions imposed during his bail. Based on this, the Nagarfort police had filed an application in the court to cancel his bail.
The police had submitted this application to the SC/ST court through Special Public Prosecutor Ramavtar Soni. After hearing the arguments from both sides, the court took the facts presented by the police seriously and cancelled Meena's bail.
Naresh Meena's associate, Rakesh Bainsla, has reacted sharply to this entire action. He alleged that the government is scared of Naresh Meena's growing popularity.
Rakesh Bainsla said, "The government wants to suppress the voice of farmers and students by keeping him in jail before the Panchayat elections."
He also alleged that first, the bail was cancelled by appointing a special public prosecutor, and now his property records are being sought, which is part of a well-thought-out conspiracy.
However, Bainsla also stated that they have full respect for the judiciary's order.
He said, "We have full faith that the court will deliver justice to Naresh Meena and the truth will prevail."
This entire incident began on November 13, 2024, during the Deoli-Uniara assembly by-election.
On the day of voting in Samravata village, Naresh Meena allegedly slapped the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Amit Chaudhary, which caused a stir in the entire region.
Following this incident, his supporters allegedly pelted stones at the police, set several vehicles on fire, and freed Naresh Meena from police custody.
The next day, on November 14, a heavy police force arrested Naresh Meena. The police had named a total of 59 people in this case. Later, Naresh Meena got bail from the Rajasthan High Court in the Samravata case and was released from Tonk jail.
