Decline in Sensex and Nifty

Additionally, Nifty Media was down by 1.52 percent, Nifty Realty by 0.85 percent, and Nifty Oil & Gas by 0.79 percent.
Amidst the market decline, some sectors saw growth. Nifty IT recorded a gain of 0.97 percent.
Nifty Private Bank saw a slight increase of 0.84 percent and Nifty PSU Bank rose by 0.09 percent.
Among Nifty-50 stocks, Kotak Mahindra Bank was trading at Rs 432.60, up by 3.74 percent.
Infosys saw a rise of 1.43 percent, Tata Consumer Products 1.22 percent, and HDFC Life 1.20 percent.
On the other hand, Bajaj Auto fell by 5.96 percent to Rs 10,226.00.
Grasim Industries recorded a decline of 2.68 percent, Mahindra & Mahindra 2.43 percent, and Shriram Finance 2.10 percent.
UltraTech Cement was trading down by 1.83 percent and Maruti Suzuki by 1.89 percent.
