Bikaner | Serious allegations have been leveled against the then Sub-Registrar (I), Shri Tarachand Meena, regarding a disputed piece of land of the Asopa Ashram Trust located in village Udayramsar. It is alleged that he registered seven sale deeds in a single day, allegedly violating court stay orders.

What is the whole matter?
According to the complaint, this case pertains to approximately 589.15 bighas of land of the Asopa Ashram Trust located in Udayramsar. Cases related to this land's Khasra numbers 1008, 1010/1, and 519/1 are pending before the Rajasthan Board of Revenue, Ajmer.
The complainant stated that an entry of a stay order and reference has been recorded in the relevant Jamabandi (land record) since 2013, which explicitly prohibits the transfer of the land.
Allegation of Disregarding Court Orders
It is alleged that despite all these stay orders, seven sale deeds were registered on a single day, July 20, 2026.
The complaint also accuses the then Sub-Registrar of being fully aware of the court orders recorded in the Jamabandi but deliberately not complying with them. Furthermore, he did not conduct the necessary verification of the actual possession and ownership status.

The complaint also mentions that despite the sale deeds stating that no litigation was pending on the land, the documents were registered.
In all seven sale deeds, the seller's name is recorded as Dilip Puri. Meanwhile, the buyers include Dheeraj Pugalia, Anuj Jain, Neha Jain, and Yash Pugalia.
Previous Action Taken
The complainant also cited a previous administrative action from 2013. She alleged that irregularities had previously surfaced in the records related to this same land, and action was taken against the concerned officials at that time.
Demand for ACB Investigation
An FIR number 0224/2026 has also been registered in this matter at the Gangashahar police station on August 20, 2026.
