A free self-defense and Safa training camp was organized by Kshatriya Sabha in Bikaner.
Kolayat MLA Anshuman Singh Bhati attended the event as the chief guest.
Around 70 participants gave an impressive demonstration of the self-defense skills learned at the camp.
The camp aimed to promote cultural preservation and self-defense among the youth.
Bikaner | The closing ceremony of the free self-defense and Safa training camp, organized by Kshatriya Sabha Bikaner, was successfully concluded. The main objective of this camp was to make the youth proficient in self-defense and to keep their cultural heritage alive, especially the art of tying a Safa.
Kolayat MLA Anshuman Singh Bhati participated in the program as the chief guest. Addressing the participants, he said that acquired knowledge is always useful in life.
There is no age for learning. If we learn the skills of self-defense and embrace the disappearing art of tying a Safa, it will be the best use of time.
He praised Kshatriya Sabha for this initiative, which has been consistently organizing such camps for the past eight years.
Special guest Sant Rameshwaranand Maharaj also shared his views. He advised all trainees to follow the ideals of Sanatan culture and to acquire values along with education.
Youth Showcase Their Skills
This free summer camp was being organized since June 24 in collaboration with Shri Ashapura Collection.
At the closing ceremony, about 70 self-defense trainees gave a spectacular demonstration of their learned skills, leaving the audience mesmerized.
Meanwhile, the participants of the Safa training also showcased their art. They demonstrated their proficiency by tying Safas in various traditional styles on each other's heads in front of the guests on stage.
The audience encouraged all the participants with a round of applause.
At the end of the program, Karan Pratap Singh Sisodia, President of Kshatriya Sabha, along with the chief guests, honored all the trainers and participants with mementos and certificates of appreciation. This camp proved to be an excellent opportunity for the youth to empower themselves physically, mentally, and culturally.
