Gujarat Ministers Meet Shankaracharya in Nandgaon, Seek Blessings

In this sequence, Gujarat government's Cabinet Minister for Forest and Environment, Arjun Moradia, and Rajya Sabha MP and President of Dwarka Peeth Trust, Babubhai Desai, arrived in Nandgaon.

Upon their arrival in Nandgaon, the Chaturmas Mahotsav Committee extended a heartfelt welcome and felicitation to both guests.

Both dignitaries had a darshan of Jagadguru Shankaracharya ji Maharaj, who is present at the festival, and received his blessings.

Following this, they duly worshipped the Gomata (cow) and expressed their reverence by performing Gau Parikrama (circumambulation of the cow).

In his address, Gujarat's Forest and Environment Cabinet Minister Arjun Moradia said that he had a wonderful spiritual experience upon reaching Nandgaon.

He said, "The beautiful confluence of religion, culture, nature, and cow service seen here is extremely inspiring."

Moradia emphasized that Gomata is an important foundation of Indian culture and the Sanatan tradition.

He further added that cow service is not limited to religious faith but is also deeply connected to our culture, sensitivities, and life values.

Praising the cow conservation and religious activities being conducted in Nandgaon, he described it as an exemplary model for society.

Rajya Sabha MP and President of Dwarka Peeth Trust, Babubhai Desai, said that Nandgaon is not just a religious site but a vibrant center of service, values, and Sanatan consciousness.

Desai explained that Gomata is deeply connected with Indian rural life, agricultural traditions, and Sanatan culture.

He stressed the need to view cow conservation and service not only from a religious perspective but also as a social and cultural responsibility.
