After the recent bulk transfers by the Education Department, there is now hope for relief for personnel in special categories. This includes single women, widows, divorcees, and teachers suffering from serious illnesses, for whose grievances the department has made special arrangements.

Hope for Relief in Teacher Transfers

The Education Department has clarified that transfer cases of single women, widows, divorcees, and personnel suffering from incurable diseases certified by a medical board will be considered sympathetically.

These incurable diseases include cancer, serious brain, heart, lung, kidney diseases, or other life-threatening illnesses. Additionally, spouse transfer cases are also likely to get relief.

Process and Timeline for Submitting Grievances

According to the instructions issued by the Director of Secondary Education, Sitaram Jat, affected personnel can send their grievances from July 20, 2026, to July 24, 2026, by 6:00 PM.

These grievances will be accepted only through email. For orders issued from the directorate level, the email address is ds.transferparivedana2026@gmail.com.

For transfer orders issued at the divisional level (Joint Director and DEO offices), grievances must be sent to the email ID of the respective Joint Director's office.

Final Date for Resolution is July 30

The committees formed at the directorate and divisional levels will examine the grievances received within the stipulated time and complete the resolution process by July 30.

Formation of Committees at Directorate and Divisional Levels

For the swift and effective resolution of grievances, separate committees have been formed at the directorate and divisional levels.

Directorate Level Committee

For transfer orders issued by the Directorate of Secondary Education, a committee has been formed with the Additional Director (Academic), Elementary Education, as the chairman.

  • Members: Joint Director (Personnel) Secondary Education, Joint Director (Training) Secondary Education, Deputy Director (Administration), Secondary Education, and Deputy Legal Advisor, Secondary Education.
  • Member Secretary: Assistant Director, Establishment C-5 Section.

Divisional Level Committee

For transfer orders issued by the Joint Director and DEO offices, a committee has been constituted under the chairmanship of the Joint Director (School Education) of the respective division.

  • Members: Chief District Education Officer of the divisional headquarters and a District Education Officer nominated by the Joint Director.
  • Member Secretary: Additional District Education Officer or equivalent working in the Joint Director's office.

These committees have been instructed to ensure the resolution of grievances received from all eligible categories as per the rules.
