Bikaner police arrest three more accused in Pakistan drone weapon dropping case near international border.
IPS Anushtha Kalia, CO Sadar, disclosed the details during a press conference. The police are currently interrogating the arrested suspects.
The arrested accused include Karan Singh Bodla and Gurkirat Singh from Punjab, and Avtar Singh from Gharsana. Another associate, Karan, was rounded up from Fazilka.
Investigation revealed that Karan Singh and Gurkirat Singh acted as foot soldiers for the cross-border smuggling syndicate run by the main accused, Sonu alias Sukhwinder.
According to the police, all three accused have prior criminal records. Karan Singh faces NDPS Act cases in Fazilka and Ferozepur.
Meanwhile, Gurkirat Singh has been previously involved in drone dropping incidents. Avtar Singh also faces NDPS and Electricity Act cases in Jaitsar and Mukalawa.

Notably, on February 26, BSF and police recovered a major consignment of weapons dropped by a Pakistani drone near the Khajuwala border.
The seized items included Made in China pistols and 326 live cartridges. Police believe this crackdown will severely disrupt the cross-border smuggling network.
The operation was successfully executed by a team including ASI Babulal Yadav, Mahaveer Singh, and Constable Harphool. Further investigation is underway.
