A surprising incident has come to light during the police recruitment examination in Bikaner, Rajasthan. Here, an inmate lodged in the Central Jail prepared a fake admit card to participate in the physical efficiency test and reached the examination center.
However, due to the alertness of the police, his plan could not succeed, and he was arrested.
Bikaner Range IG Om Prakash informed that the incident occurred on August 6. The physical efficiency test for the Police Sub-Inspector, Platoon Commander Recruitment-2025 was underway.
This test is being held from August 3 to 14 at the Police Motor Driving School, Bikaner.
During the examination, the admit cards and other documents of the candidates were being checked. In this sequence, the police team became suspicious of a candidate.
When his admit card and documents were thoroughly examined, it was revealed that the admit card was fake.
Initial investigation revealed that the accused is named Sandesh, aged 25, and is a resident of Malasar in the Jamsar police station area.
The accused Sandesh is currently in judicial custody in an NDPS case at the Bikaner Central Jail.
According to the police, after not getting bail, the accused hatched this entire conspiracy to get out of jail and appear for the exam. He had appeared at the examination center under police custody.
The police have arrested the accused Sandesh. Now, he is being interrogated about the people who helped in preparing the fake admit card and others involved in this entire conspiracy.
IG Om Prakash stated that to maintain the fairness and transparency of the recruitment examination, all documents are being thoroughly checked.
He warned that strict legal action will be taken against those who attempt to prepare fake documents, forge, or appear in the examination in place of someone else.
He also appealed to the public and candidates not to use any unfair means and to cooperate with the administration in maintaining the dignity of the examination.
