The entire dispute dates back to the evening of August 2, when Pilibanga SHO Rai Singh stopped the vehicle of former Panchayat Samiti member and prominent BJP leader Deepak Dharnia.
It is alleged that during the vehicle search near Pilibanga Hospital, the SHO misbehaved with Deepak Dharnia in a public place.
At the time of the incident, Deepak Dharnia and his companions were returning from a social event. Many distinguished personalities of the Bishnoi community, including former Haryana MP Kuldeep Bishnoi and MLA Randhir Panihar, were also present at this event.
The Sarva Samaj and politicians allege that the SHO insulted Deepak Dharnia in the name of a public check without any valid reason, which deeply hurt his and the community's image.
It should be noted that Deepak Dharnia is also currently the chairman of the Bhakra Canal Project and the president of a famous temple committee.
