Jalore: Wife and Lover Conspire to Murder Husband
Jalore | A heart-wrenching incident has come to light from the Jalore district of Rajasthan, where a wife, along with her lover, brought a bloody end to her 15-year-old marital relationship. A horrific conspiracy was hatched to remove the husband from their path, and he was brutally murdered. The Jalore police, acting swiftly, solved this blind murder case within just 48 hours. The police have arrested the deceased's wife, her lover, and another accomplice.

15-Year Relationship, Illicit Affair, and a Horrific Conspiracy

This entire story revolves around betrayal and an illicit affair. The deceased, Rajendra Kumar (35), was married about 15 years ago to Mamta (34), a resident of Golia village in Ahore.

The couple also had three children, including two sons and a daughter. However, their relationship had soured for some time.

The dispute between the husband and wife had escalated to such an extent that Mamta had been living at her parents' home for the past 8-10 months. It was during this time that Ramesh Kumar Meena (37) entered her life.

Why and How Was the Murder Planned?

While living at her parents' home, Mamta's closeness with Ramesh grew, and they developed a romantic relationship. They both wanted to marry each other, but Mamta's husband, Rajendra, was the biggest obstacle in their relationship.

For this reason, Mamta and Ramesh decided to remove Rajendra from their path forever. They devised a plan that would not arouse suspicion. Ramesh also involved one of his relatives, Abhishek Meena (20), in this conspiracy.

Lured to Death with the Promise of a Job

To execute their conspiracy, the accused laid a trap for Rajendra. The deceased's mother, Sarki Devi, told the police that her son Rajendra had gone to his in-laws' house.

On Monday, Ramesh and Abhishek arrived in Ranigaon on a motorcycle. They offered Rajendra a job and convinced him to go with them.

Rajendra fell for their bait and went with them on the bike. He never returned home. When he didn't come back for a long time, his family started searching for him, but found no trace.

Intoxicated, Then Attacked on the Head with Sticks

The police investigation revealed that the accused made Rajendra drink alcohol multiple times on the way. When Rajendra was heavily intoxicated, they took him to a secluded field near Madla village in the Ahore police station area.

Upon reaching there, the accused started relentlessly attacking Rajendra's head with sticks. The severe blows to his head left him half-dead on the ground.

Even then, the accused showed no mercy and continued to attack him with sticks. With the intention of hiding Rajendra's identity, they also brutally crushed his face, leading to his death on the spot.

Swift Police Action: Case Solved in 48 Hours

On June 24, the police received information about a blood-soaked unidentified body in a field in the Sarhad Madla area. The body's face was so badly disfigured that identifying it was a major challenge.

Later, based on a missing person report filed at the Rani police station and other evidence, the deceased was identified as Rajendra Kumar, a resident of Pali.

Jalore Superintendent of Police, Motaram, seeing the seriousness of the case, formed a special team under the supervision of Circle Officer Dashrath Singh and the leadership of Station House Officer Karan Singh.

Suspicion Grew as Wife Skipped Funeral

During the investigation, the police's suspicion first fell on the deceased's wife, Mamta. The main reason for this was that she did not even attend her husband's funeral.

This unusual behavior made the police more alert. The police immediately started scrutinizing the call details of the deceased and his wife's mobile phones.

Technical Evidence Unveiled the Truth

The FSL, MOB, and Cyber Cell teams meticulously inspected the crime scene. The police examined call detail records, the location of suspicious numbers, and CCTV footage from the surrounding areas.

Based on technical evidence, the police directly reached Ramesh Kumar Meena and Abhishek Meena. When they were taken into custody and interrogated rigorously, they both broke down and confessed to their crime.

They also revealed that the mastermind of the entire conspiracy was the deceased's wife, Mamta. Following this, the police arrested Mamta as well. The teams from Ahore, Bhadrajun, and the Cyber Cell played a significant role in this operation. The police are now investigating the involvement of other individuals in this case.
