CJP's 7-Day Ultimatum to Remove Dharmendra Pradhan

New Delhi | After a protest at Delhi's Jantar Mantar against paper leaks and alleged irregularities in the education system, the 'Cockroach Janata Party' (CJP) has issued a direct warning to the central government. CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke has given a seven-day ultimatum to remove Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

What is the whole matter?

On Saturday, hundreds of students and youth gathered under the CJP banner at Jantar Mantar in Delhi. The protest was against the continuous paper leaks and shortcomings in the country's education system.

Despite the scorching heat, the protesters raised their voices for several hours, demanding accountability from the government. Abhijeet Dipke described the protest as a peaceful movement, in which many people participated for the first time.

CJP gives a 7-day ultimatum

The day after the protest, CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke sent a clear message to the government. He said, "This movement will not end here. Dharmendra Pradhan has done injustice to an entire generation of the country."

"If no action is taken in the next seven days, we will intensify our movement on the streets."

CJP spokesperson Ashutosh Ranka reiterated the same. He said that either the minister should resign respectfully or the Prime Minister should remove him from his post. Ranka warned that if their demands are not met, the movement will spread across the country.

How did CJP start?

The Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) started as an online campaign. This campaign was launched in protest against a comment by Chief Justice Suryakant.

Within a few weeks, the organization gained more than 22 million followers on Instagram. Now, this online campaign has come to the ground and taken the form of a major movement.

BJP retaliates

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has also reacted to this CJP protest. BJP National President Nitin Navin said that some people sitting abroad are trying to mislead the youth of India.

He said that the country's youth is engaged in nation-building and securing their future. Navin alleged that some forces want to make the youth puppets in their hands.

After CJP's ultimatum, the ball is now in the government's court. The next seven days will decide whether this movement subsides or spreads to other parts of the country. This debate on the education system has now taken a political turn.
