A new Ayushman Arogya Mandir has been inaugurated in Haliwada village, Sirohi.
The sub-health center was constructed at a cost of approximately ₹55 lakh.
Villagers will now have access to local primary treatment, diagnostics, and medicines.
Vaccination and special health services will be available for pregnant women and children.
Sirohi | A major initiative has been taken to provide better health facilities to the villagers of Haliwada. State Minister Otaram Dewasi and the local MP inaugurated the newly constructed Ayushman Arogya Mandir (Sub Health Center), bringing joy to the region.
A Gift Worth ₹55 Lakh for Villagers
Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Dinesh Kharadi stated that the center was built at a cost of about ₹55 lakh.
With its launch, residents of Haliwada and surrounding villages will no longer need to travel far for health services.
The center is also equipped for screening non-communicable diseases like diabetes and hypertension.
Strengthening Health Services
Block Chief Medical Officer Dr. Vivek Joshi said that the operation of this center will give new strength to the region's health services.
Speakers stated that the Ayushman Arogya Mandir will further strengthen the rural health system and play a crucial role in providing quality healthcare services to the people near their village.
Trained health workers will provide regular services, and the benefits of various national health programs will be extended to the villagers.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Zila Pramukh Arjunram Purohit, along with many public representatives, officials, and a large number of villagers. The villagers expressed their happiness over this new facility, calling it a major achievement for the area.
