Sikar | Rajasthan's Education Minister Madan Dilawar has created a political stir with his statements during an event in Laxmangarh, Sikar district. He launched a sharp attack on Congress State President Govind Singh Dotasra without naming him and called Laxmangarh the land of paper thieves.

At the inauguration ceremony of a private school in Laxmangarh, Dilawar said that this land belongs to the masterminds of paper thieves. He alleged that people here have greatly benefited their families through paper leaks.
