A shocking case has emerged from the Bhinmal police station area, where a young woman has made serious allegations against a senior government teacher. The victim has filed a case accusing the teacher of rape on the pretext of tuition, making an obscene video, and then blackmailing and sexually exploiting her for two years.
According to the report filed with the police, the incident dates back to 2023. At that time, the victim was preparing for a competitive examination and used to go for tuition at Kalam Library, located on Jaswantpura Road.
The accused teacher, Monigaram Meghwal, taught there. The victim alleges that during this period, the teacher called her to his house on some pretext.
Allegation of Blackmailing by Making Obscene Video
In her complaint, the victim stated that the teacher forcibly raped her at his house. Not only that, it is alleged that during this heinous act, the accused teacher also took her objectionable photos and videos.
After this, the accused started continuously intimidating and threatening the victim by threatening to make these photos and videos viral.
Sexual Exploitation Continued for Two Years
According to the report, teacher Monigaram Meghwal continued to blackmail the victim based on these videos and pictures. Taking advantage of this fear and pressure, he raped the victim multiple times over a period of about two years.
Whenever the victim tried to resist, the accused threatened to defame her in society and kill her.
Victim Gathers Courage and Files FIR
Due to constant mental harassment and fear of social disgrace, the victim remained silent for a long time and could not file a complaint.
Finally, she gathered her courage and went to the Bhinmal police station to file a report against the accused teacher. Based on the victim's report, the police have registered an FIR under various sections and started investigating the matter. The victim has demanded the strictest action against the accused.
